The infamous hot air balloon flew over Pittsburgh at Oakland's Flagstaff Hill, to thank Pittsburgh for all the love that IVG has seen to date. Upon opening, we've seen record numbers of people coming into our fair exhibit and this balloon surely stole the show tethered high above the city line. This 92 foot behemoth was surely a site to be seen and featured Van Gogh's infamous style.
